Does the Job perfectly!
By S. Conner
Just replaced old ones after far too long in pot, and the difference between coffee with the old filters and the new filters is significant. These filters do what they are supposed to do, and do it well.

Seems to do the trick
The filter really does seem to do something, for when I’m not using them the pot’s “clean” light turns up every couple of weeks. When using, I often end up doing the monthly cleaning before the pot tells me to.
I just use city tap water. I suppose depending on your water quality you could get by without these. I’m not a big enough coffee connoisseur to be able to tell a difference in my coffee’s flavor.

I fell for it, but got what I ordered
I’ve had my Kitchenaid coffee maker for two years now, making coffee daily, and never replaced the filter. I finally decided to pick up a pack of these and can say without any hesitation that this had no impact whatsoever on our coffee. Once I use these up I’ll probably just run without a filter. I’m sure it may vary based on your local water, but this just seems like an unnecessary extra expense for those of us seeking the best cup of coffee.
